How to access deliwin on mobile
Our deliwin app is available through three installation routes. The Android APK is a direct download—you get the latest version immediately and can control when you update. The iOS web app runs inside Safari or Chrome without a separate app store entry, so setup is quick but updates depend on your browser. The PWA works on both Android and iOS and saves data to your device for faster loading on weak connections.

If you choose the Android APK, you will need to enable installation from unknown sources in your device settings. On most phones, go to Settings → Apps → Special app access → Install unknown apps, then toggle on for your browser or file manager. This is a standard Android security step and does not affect the safety of our deliwin app—we use industry-standard encryption and secure certificate chains.
Device requirements and compatibility
We support Android 7.0 and above for the native APK, and iOS 12 and above for the web app route. If your phone runs an older version, the PWA is usually your best option because it relies on your browser rather than the operating system. Most modern devices meet these requirements—if you are unsure, contact our support team and we can confirm compatibility during standard business hours.
Troubleshooting common installation issues
If the Android APK does not install, first check that you have enabled unknown sources as described above. If your browser shows a certificate warning, this is usually a network proxy or firewall issue—try connecting to a different Wi-Fi network or switching to mobile data. On iOS, if the web app does not load, clear your browser cache and cookies, then return to the page. If the issue persists, our support team can walk you through the setup over a call or chat during standard business hours.
Data, permissions, and account security on deliwin
Our deliwin app requests permission to store files on your device (for caching), send notifications (for match updates and payment alerts), and access your camera (for account verification photo uploads). We do not collect your contacts, location data, or personal files. Your account credentials, payment methods, and transaction history are encrypted in transit and at rest. When you log out, all session tokens are cleared. If you suspect unauthorized access, use the "Reset password" option in the login screen or contact our support team to disable your account temporarily while we investigate.
